We work with REAL Property Scotland to source below-market-value residential properties in Scotland and bring each one up to a high standard before letting it out. 

Our approach so far has focused on buy-refurbish-refinance-rent (BRRR), acquiring undervalued homes, refurbishing them, and letting them long-term to quality tenants. 

As our portfolio grows, we'll also take on buy-to-sell projects where a quicker turnaround suits the property better. 

Recent projects include a refurbished one-bedroom flat in Aberdeen, now ready for a tenant, and a one-bedroom flat in Peterhead currently being brought up to standard.
